How APD Funding Works

Florida's iBudget Waiver program allows eligible individuals with developmental disabilities to use Medicaid funding to pay for approved support services — including everything we provide.

If your loved one is enrolled with APD, our services may be covered at little to no out-of-pocket cost to your family.

  1. Client enrolls with Florida APD and receives an iBudget allocation
  2. Support Coordinator adds Heaven in Home to the client's support plan
  3. We verify authorization and begin services
  4. We bill APD/Medicaid directly — no upfront cost to families
